Introduction of Serial to Ethernet Modem ZHC1661
Product model: ZHC1661, the network is Ethernet, RS485/4AI/2AO
interface is provided.
Special functions: AO remotely follows AI, 4-20mA analog quantity
automatic report, 12-bit sampling accuracy.
Protocol: Support Modbusr RTU/TCP adaptive.
Industrial-grade quality: can work normally at -20℃~+60℃,
galvanized steel plate material, dual watchdogs
Application: telecommunication equipment room monitoring, reservoir
water level monitoring, boiler room temperature management
monitoring, etc.
ZHC1661 supports setting 8 logics between devices.
Forward follow: DI is closed and DO is closed
Reverse following: DO is open when DI is closed, and DO is closed
when DI is open
AO follows AI: AO output value = AI input value
AI voluntarily report description:
Disable reporting mode: Report all AI values cyclically according
to the set cycle.
Report within the interval: When the set AI channel value enters
the interval from outside the interval, all AI channel values are
reported immediately and the cycle time is reset.
Report outside the interval: When the set AI channel value enters
the interval from inside the interval, all AI channel values will
be reported immediately and the cycle time will be reset.
- Simple Use of Ethernet Modem ZHC1661
The default IP address of ZHC1661 is 192.168.0.65. During
configuration, the IP of the computer and ZHC1661 must be set to
the same IP address range, otherwise the device and the computer
cannot communicate. ZHC1661 has a built-in parameter configuration
webpage, users do not need to pay attention to device related
holding registers, only need to understand the reported data of the
device.
After setting the ZHC1661 parameters, connect the ZHC1661 to the
network with a network cable. After the device is powered on,
observe that the WORK indicator should flash for 3 seconds,
indicating that the network hardware environment of the device is
normal and data interaction is possible.
